Leafy Lettuces

Zero Pesticide

Since they thrive in a balanced nutrient solution, the plants are less susceptible to pests and weed growth. As a result, pesticides are no longer needed.

Long Lasting Freshness

We have instilled our dedication to sustainability and longevity through the procedure of hydroponic farming. In addition, the nutrient-dense commodity has a longer shelf life.

95% Less Water Used

The water nutrient solution is fed to the plants automatically in a closed circulation system in a successful hydroponic system. As a result, hydroponics uses 95% less water than soil-based agriculture.

Full Of Nutrients

Hydroponically grown plants usually have a higher nutrition value as they directly feed on water that has higher nutritional value in closed circulation.

Pure & Tasty

Fresh and long lasting plants grown hydroponically are also as tasty as any normally grown plant. Factor in the purity of the product and now the advantages are obvious!

Quality Control

The reforms and regulations of quality control are formed based on guidelines by UNECE standards. At Satvk, the crop is scrutinized from the germination to final packing to eliminate any possibility to compromise in quality.

Romaine Lettuce

Romaine lettuce is a hearty salad green that is sturdy, crunchy, and full of nutrients. Romaine lettuce, often known as cos lettuce, is prized for its nutritious value and savoury, but neutral flavour.

Romaine lettuce is a dieter’s paradise, with just 8 calories and 1 to 2 grams of carbohydrates each cup.

Vitamin C, vitamin K, and folate are all abundant in Romaine lettuce. It’s a healthy source of beta carotene, which the body transforms into vitamin A.

Butterhead Lettuce

Butterhead lettuce derives its name from the smooth, buttery texture of its leaves. Because of its circular appearance, it’s also known as cabbage lettuce. Butterhead lettuce comes in two varieties: Bibb and Boston.

Butter lettuce’s sweet, tender leaves allow for basic daily salad greens, but the large outer leaves of the plant can also be used as an edible vessel for low-carb meals, such as tacos or Korean grilled beef lettuce wraps. Butter lettuce can protect you as long as the food is covered.

It’s nutrient-dense, with 3.5 ounces (100 grams) offering.

Lollo Lettuce

Also known as Lollo Rossa and Continental Red, is a cut-and-come-again lettuce, meaning the outer leaves can be picked while the plant continues to produce new leaves during the season.

Lollo Rosso lettuce is better served raw, when its vivid colour, curly texture, and mild flavour can be appreciated. Since the curly leaves raise the surface area and have the potential to grab and retain salad dressing, they are most often used in salads with other greens. The leaves may also be used as a garnish, layered in salads, cut and strewn over soups.

Lollo Red

Lollo Rossa lettuce produces tight, frilly, deep red heads that keep for a long time. As needed, trim the heads or select a few leaves. Salads with these colourful, textured, and volume-packed lettuce varieties give a pop of colour, texture, and volume. Curled leaves also have a utilitarian purpose in that they increase the surface area of the leaf, allowing salad dressings to be trapped in the leaf rather than falling to the bottom of your salad bowl.

Summercrisp

Summer Crisp lettuce, also known as French crisp or Batavia lettuce, is easy to cultivate, heat resistant, and harvestable from baby leaf to full size. Like romaine, but sweeter and more juicy, with no bitterness. The summer crisp plant has an open form, similar to loose-leaf lettuce, and gradually grows into a hefty, compact bunch or head. When compared to loose-leaf lettuces, summer crisp lettuces perform best when provided with somewhat more fertility.
